For parents with young children at home, learning how to mend clothes, bags, and shoes is a skill – really, a collection of skills – worth developing. Over the next four weeks, Jo and I will be sharing strategies and tips so that you can feel less despair when you see your child’s sweater sleeve begin to unravel or detect a thinning spot on the knee of a beloved pair of jeans.
